Botox Brow Lift

A Botox brow lift is a mildly misleading term. Undergoing the procedure of Botox injection into the eyebrows creates the appearance of firmer and less wrinkled eyes and eyebrows. This is done by relaxing the muscles surrounding the eye to prevent them from pulling the skin of the eyebrows down and foreword, increasing wrinkles. However, it does not actually raise the eyebrows or eyelids, and the effect will not be permanent either. Touch up treatments may even be necessary after the initial Botox procedure. To accomplish a true and permanent 'lift,' one would need the surgical process of a brow lift. But, in contrast to the non marking Botox, a true brow lift will leave at least some scarring.
