Facelift Surgery

Facelift surgery encompasses several different procedures targeting specific parts of the face. A general face lift usually involves incisions around the ears, and the skin is then puled back and repositioned in order to achieve a more youthful appearance. A midface lift specifically targets the middle portion of the face, which involves the areas below the eyes and above the mouth. Thus a midface life is often referred to as a cheek lift. A brow lift or forehead lift is another type of facelift surgery which smooths out the wrinkles on the forehead and raises sagging eyebrows. Facelift surgery generally ranges in price from around $6,000 to $25,000 depending on the experience of the surgeon, the geographical location, and the type of surgery performed.
