Lipo Suction
The term liposuction refers to a specific surgical technique utilized to remove excess fat deposits from specific body areas. Favored targets for liposuction include the abdomen, hips, thighs and upper arms. The technique of liposuction involves the implementation of a cannula – small, thin, stainless steel tube. Attached to the cannula is a suction pump. The surgeon makes several small incisions. He or she then inserts this powerful instrument into the incisions. The cannula proceeds to tunnel its way through the fatty deposits. The suction pump removes the loose fat. The vacuum is then filled creating new and improved body contours. There are restrictions for those who wish to undergo this process. You are not a good candidate if you have heart or artery problems, diabetes and/or a compromised immune system.
